As a minimum, cats must be vaccinated against feline enteritis and cat flu.

We do not accept unneutered males, 6 months old and above.

We are able to provide everything your cat may need during their stay, though if you have any beds or bedding that your cat is familiar with, that will help them settle in. Feel free to bring anything you think would make your cat feel settled and at home.

We provide whatever your cat(s) eats at home. We stock all major brands. However, if your cat is on a prescription diet or something particularly unusual, that would need to be provided by you.

Of course you can! Take as much time as you need to settle in your cat(s).

Yes! We only board cats from the same household in the same chalet. As long as you’re happy that they get along, that’s absolutely fine.

Yes, it’s all part of the service we provide. Unfortunately we cannot give injectable medication.

Chalets are heated when required and during the winter months it is on 24/7.

If we have any concerns about your cat’s health, our first port of call would be your vet. If your vet is not available, we would contact our house vet (Cardiff Cat Clinic). If out of hours, then we would contact an emergency vet. All costs incurred remain the responsibility of the cat’s owner.

Please call us as soon as you’re made aware of any travel problems. We will board your cat until you return. Additional days will need to be paid for.

Unfortunately, no. The opening hours are set to keep to the daily routine of the cattery.

There is no upper or lower limit. As long as your cat is vaccinated and in good health, we board kittens, up to elderly guests.

Absolutely! We tailor our care and attention to your cat’s personality. If you feel your cat needs a lot or a little attention, please let us know! Our fabulous staff love fussing our furry guests. If your cat requires grooming, please provide any brushes or combs.

Yes! Please give us a call to let us know when you would like to come, as long it is within our opening hours.

Online we accept all major card payments (except American Express or Diners Club). At the cattery we accept all major cards (except American Express or Diners Club), cash and cheques.

Cancellations are accepted, but the deposit is non-refundable. Any cancellations within 7 days of arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the boarding fees.

Yes! We operate all over the Christmas/New Year period, though we close for drop off and collection on specific days. These are; Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. There is a one off £20 surcharge per booking throughout the Christmas/New Year period. Please note, all balances for this time must be paid by 7th December.
