Here is a list of questions that we get frequently asked at Beechcroft Cats Hotel. If you cannot find the answer to your query here please do not hesitate to call us.

Q   What vaccinations does my cat need to come into the cattery?
A   Your cat needs to be vaccinated against feline enteritis and cat flu. This is given as a single injection and a booster is needed every year.
Q   Will my cat get plenty of attention and cuddles?
A   Have a look at the 'Meet the Staff' page and you will see that the staff are here to make your cat's stay a happy and secure one. It goes without saying that all the cats are given plenty of individual attention and cuddles.
Q   Can I collect my cat outside the opening hours?
A   The opening hours have to be strictly adhered to. This is to enable us to look after your cat with the minimum of disturbance outside the daily routine.
Q   What if my flight is delayed and we are unable to get back to Beechcroft before closing?
A   Don't worry; we will continue to look after your cat until you are able to get home.
Q   What will my cat be fed while at the cattery?
A   On arrival at Beechcroft we will record the details of what your cat eats at home. In the kitchen we have whiteboards which have all the details about your cat and what he or she eats. As cat owners we know that cats are fussy, so we make sure that we only feed your cat what your cat eats at home.
Q   What about prescription diets?
A   If your cat is on a prescription diet, this will need to be supplied by yourselves.
Q   Can I bring my cats own bedding?
A   Although we have beds and bedding for the cats, if you do have something familiar to make your cat feel at home please feel free to bring it along with you.
