About Us

From the moment you and your cat arrive at Beechcroft Cats Hotel we want you to feel happy and relaxed.

If you are a new client of the cattery we will ask you to fill out a record card with brief details about your cat or cats. At this time we will also need to see your catís up to date vaccination certificate.

While your cat is boarding at the cattery we will only feed her what she gets fed at home. As we all know, a cat will eat what a cat wants to eat, and wonít eat what it doesnít want to eat! The details are recorded in the cattery kitchen on our menu white board.

You will need to supply the food if your cat is on a prescription diet. We can also administer medication as prescribed if required.

After recording the details about your cat and what she eats, we will then show you to the chalet so that you can settle her in. This way you can be sure in your mind that everything is as you would expect it to be when you leave for your holidays.

We can also groom your cat while it is in the cattery, as long as your cat is happy for us to do so.

At Beechcroft, all the cats that we meet have different personalities and have different needs. From the youngest kittens, to the old-timer that might need his food mashing and an extra reassuring cuddle or cats just wanting to feel loved happy and secure.

We want you to leave Beechcroft Cats Hotel confident in the knowledge that we will endeavour to look after your cat to the best of our ability.
